What about Back Ordered Items?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Most orders are mailed out within 24 hours and many the same day. You can not modify or cancel an order after 24 hours the order was posted but you can return the item if you do not want it after you receive it for store credit. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions.
Why was my credit card declined or Why won't my order go through?
Credit card orders are placed through our secure server in real time. The payment information is sent to our merchant account and processed immediately. If the credit card is declined you have an option to re-enter the information or select a different card.
